Open-Die Bolts
Cold-formed bolts with custom head geometry pressed directly from an open die — no secondary machining, no bar-stock material waste, strong grain flow through the head.
Available for custom non-standard head shapes or integrated profiles (combined flange, collar, shoulder, or special geometry) where bar-stock turning would be cost-prohibitive at target volume. Each programme is case-by-case — tooling, volume, material, and geometry all affect feasibility.
